Extraordinary events recently happening in Venezuela, a Latin American country with a 21-billion population, rich in oil, point to the fact that the integral system of humanity, the whole world, all the countries and their multi-milliard population are in, has cracked. Interrelations among the countries, which were regulated with international norms and law, accepted by all the nations and 192 UN member states and corresponding to UN conventions and UN charter have worsened so much that peaceful, diplomatic solution of local, regional and world’s conflicts seems problematic…
